In what ways have Sumatrah and his wife had to adapt to a new American life ?
Sumatrah and his wife have been living in a Cheap apartment and his wife stays home all day. She watches t.v all day day but when Sumatrah comes home from working long hours they share most household chores. Sumatrah had to learn how drive on the "wrong" side but they do go out shopping on his free time. They finally found a small Indian community after being homesick fir a while, there they ate the foods they love and dressed the way they are used to.
